NATIONAL RECYCLING LEAGUE DENVER SERIES PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN COLORADO ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT YOU HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO READ THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. INTERNET ACCESS AND VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The National Recycling League Denver Series Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on November 15, 2023, and ends on February 28, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period divided into two (2) phases as defined below.

2. PHASE 1: RECYCLING PERIOD:

The Phase 1: Recycling Period (“Phase 1”) begins on November 15, 2023, and ends on December 25, 2023. During Phase 1, four (4) specially-marked recycling bins will be placed throughout the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.

If, at the end of Phase 1, all four (4) specially-marked recycling bins placed throughout the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area have been completely filled (subject to the recycling company’s discretion”) at least one (1) time throughout Phase 1 with recyclable material, you will receive up to $5.00 back on your purchase of one (1) Anheuser-Busch product (can, bottle, or draught). The rebate amount will be equivalent to the purchase price of the one (1) Anheuser-Busch product (can, bottle, or draught), up to $5.00, excluding sales tax. Rebate will be paid via an Anheuser-Busch prepaid Mastercard or an Anheuser-Busch prepaid virtual Mastercard.

If, at the end of Phase 1, all four (4) specially-marked recycling bins located throughout the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area have not been completely filled (subject to the recycling company’s discretion) at least one (1) time throughout Phase 1 with recyclable material, no rebate will be offered. The Promotion will conclude will not advance to Phase 2.

3. PHASE 2: REBATE SUBMISSION PERIOD:

The Phase 2: Rebate Submission Period (“Phase 2”) begins on December 26, 2023, and ends on February 28, 2024, or once total redemptions reach $50,000.00, whichever comes first. During Phase 2, purchase one (1) Anheuser-Busch product (bottle, can, or draught) during the Rebate Period. Save your receipt!

2. Visit https://www.anheuser-busch.com/NRLDenverSeries, look for the rebate mention, and click on the rebate link. You will be redirected to https://www.mybeerrebate.com/#/AB-7780 (“Website”). Follow the online instructions to provide your date of birth, first and last name, email address and mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and upload your beer receipt (“Submission”). Each receipt must show the date of purchase (which must be between 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time [“MDT”] on December 26, 2023, and 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time [“MST”] on February 28, 2024), purchase price, the Anheuser-Busch product purchased (bottle, can, or draught), receipt total, and retailer name. Each receipt may only be submitted one (1) time. Submission must be uploaded and submitted between 12:00:00 a.m. MDT on December 26, 2023, and 11:59:59 p.m. MST on March 13, 2024. Limit one (1) Submission per person. Late Submissions will not be accepted. No mail-in requests will be accepted.

GENERAL TERMS AND LIABLITY LIMITATIONS:

· Offer valid to residents of Colorado who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

· Limit one (1) rebate submission per person.

· This rebate may not be combined with any other offer.

· This rebate cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or copied. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution. Employees of Anheuser-Busch, LLC (“Sponsor”), affiliated companies, retailers and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored.

· By redeeming this offer, you certify that you are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have satisfied the following Conditions of Acceptance: (1) include required items; and (2) ensure information provided is accurate, legible, and complete. Your right to receive your rebate will not occur unless you satisfy each of these two (2) Conditions of Acceptance. Your failure to satisfy these Conditions of Acceptance is a rejection of this offer.

· Sponsor reserves the right to require additional information/identification prior to honoring offer request, and to reject non-conforming offer requests without liability of any kind.

· Sponsor is not responsible for unintelligible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected Submissions or rebates.

· Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider, Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.

· Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this offer or Website, or act in violation of these terms or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be ineligible and his/her rebate request deemed void.

· Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this offer, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access.

· Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like methods of submitting a rebate request will void all such requests and participant shall forfeit his/her rebate. Any attempt by any person to submit more than one request using multiple names, email addresses, mailing addresses, or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to deny the request.
