  • 204,000 auditions submitted by people interested in attending Whatever, USA
  • 1,000 #UpForWhatever guests attending Whatever, USA from across the country
  • 48 hours notification for selected guests to grab a friend and pack their bags for Whatever, USA
  • 3 days and 2 nights of #UpForWhatever activities, epic adventures and unexpected performances at Whatever, USA
  • 8,885 feet: elevation of Crested Butte
  • 17 musical acts performing at Whatever, USA, including Alesso, Lil Jon, Charli XCX, Holy Ghost! Cold War Kids and Cassadee Pope
  • 28 Crested Butte bars, restaurants and stores open to Whatever, USA guests throughout the weekend
  • 8 of the country's best contemporary street artists live painting throughout Whatever, USA with varying styles representing each artist's respective region
  • 1,300 LED jackets creating a user-generated light show during Whatever, USA's Friday “Light the Night” Alesso performance

Saturday, September 6, 2014:

Bud Light's epic, #UpForWhatever weekend continued on Saturday with even more incredible Whatever, USA, activities, adventures and concerts, including:

  • Whatever, USA guests got unexpected wakeup calls from Whatever, USA characters including a Mariachi band, a cowboy, a garden gnome and more to begin the day.
  • Visitors participated in unique fitness opportunities including yoga at 10,000 feet, a one-of-a-kind morning run, Prancersize with YouTube star Joanna Rohrback and more.
  • The day's activities included band camp with Cold War Kids, an intro to improv comedy class, a bacon appreciation breakfast, drag races hosted by drag queens, outdoor adventures and more.
  • Whatever, USA attendees put together 5,000 meals to be donated to Care and Share Food Bank in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
  • Vanilla Ice served Whatever, USA, guests ice cream from his Vanilla Ice Ice Cream Truck followed by a performance that on the Whatever, USA, mainstage.
  • Guests were treated to performances from Nico & Vinz, Vanilla Ice, DJ Jerzy, Cold War Kids, Questlove, G-Eazy, Cassadee Pope, Gemini Club, KC and The Sunshine Band, Holy Ghost! and DJ Vice.

Friday, September 5, 2014:

Whatever, USA kicked off in true #UpForWhatever style on Friday when 1,000 consumer winners were welcomed to the completely transformed town by the Mayor of USA. Friday's #UpForWhatever activities included:

  • An epic Whatever Welcome Parade, featuring an appearance by the Mayor of Whatever, USA, fire breathers, miniature horses and a performance by Lil Jon.
  • Whatever, USA guests took part in a variety of unique Whatever, USA experiences including hype hop karaoke with Lil Jon, beer school with Bud Light brewmasters, an improv comedy performance, zorb human bowling, Twister with contortionists, town tours and concerts from Alesso, RAC, Charli XCX, DJ Stellar and DJ Jerzy.
  • Whatever, USA visitors lit up the night with LED jackets to create a user-generated light show during the night's Alesso performance.

Thursday, September 4, 2014:

This summer, more than 200,000 consumers 21 and older sent in auditions for a chance to be a part of Bud Light's Whatever, USA. Today, 1,000 consumers who are truly #UpForWhatever will arrive at Whatever, USA, for a weekend full of spontaneous fun, unique adventures and unexpected concerts. Before consumers make their way to the city where literally anything can happen if you're #UpForWhatever, Bud Light surprised a lucky few with over the top invitations to Whatever, USA.
