- FORTUNE’s 2009 “Most Admired Companies”
- For the sixth consecutive year, Anheuser-Busch ranked as the No. 1 company in the beverage industry on FORTUNE's list of “World's Most Admired Companies.” In addition, Anheuser-Busch ranked No. 1 for social responsibility and No. 3 for product quality among all global companies surveyed.
- FORTUNE’s 2007 “Blue-Ribbon Companies”
- Anheuser-Busch was featured on FORTUNE’s “Blue-Ribbon Companies” list, which honors companies
recognized on four or more of FORTUNE’s lists in a calendar year.
- BusinessWeek’s 2008 “Best Global Brands”
- Budweiser ranked No. 33 by BusinessWeek in its annual list of “Best Global Brands.”

- Anheuser-Busch ranked No. 19 on BusinessWeek’s annual list of the “Best Places to Launch a Career,” which

- For the second year in a row, Anheuser-Busch was named to FORTUNE’s annual list of “100 Top

- Computerworld’s 2008 “100 Best Places to Work in IT”
- For the second year in a row, Anheuser-Busch was named to Computerworld’s “Best Places to Work
in IT” list.
- G.I. Jobs Magazine’s 2007 “Top 50 Military-Friendly Employers”
- Anheuser-Busch was recognized as one of G.I. Jobs magazine’s “Top 50 Military-Friendly Employers.”
Diversity
- Human Rights Campaign Foundation 2009 “Corporate Equality Index”
- For the third consecutive year, Anheuser-Busch received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign
Foundation’s “Corporate Equality Index,” which is an annual measure of how large companies in the
United States treat their GLBT employees, consumers and investors.
- NAACP’s 2009 “Commitment to St. Louis” award
- During the organization's centennial celebration, the St. Louis City National Association for the Advancement of
Colored People (NAACP) presented Anheuser-Busch with a "Commitment to St. Louis" award, named for St. Louis civil rights
attorney Frankie Muse Freeman and civil rights activist Norman R. Seay.
- Latin Business Magazine’s “2008 Corporate Diversity Honor Roll”
- For the fourth time, Anheuser-Busch was recognized by Latin Business Magazine on the publication’s
annual “Corporate Diversity Honor Roll.”
- Hispanic Magazine’s 2007 “Corporate 100”
- Anheuser-Busch was chosen by Hispanic Magazine for its “Corporate 100” list of companies that
offer the best opportunities for Latinos and support of the Latino community.
- Hispanic Business Magazine’s 2007 “Diversity Elite 60”
- Anheuser-Busch was selected as one of the best companies for Hispanics as part of Hispanic Business magazine’s “Diversity
Elite 60: Best Companies, Best Practices” list.
- Diversity/Careers Magazine’s 2007 “Best Diversity Company”
- In 2007, Anheuser-Busch was named “A Best Diversity Company” by Diversity/Careers in Engineering & Information
Technology magazine readers.
Environmental
- City of Houston’s Citizens Environmental Coalition “Corporate Awareness Award”
- The Houston brewery earned the “Corporate Awareness Award” for improving the environment in the city of Houston.
- Wildlife Habitat Council’s “Wildlife at Work Certification”
- The Baldwinsville brewery earned the Wildlife Habitat Council’s “Wildlife at Work Certification” for its work at
the Stormwater Retention pond area.
- New Hampshire Governor’s “Pollution Prevention Award”
- The Merrimack brewery received the New Hampshire Governor's “Pollution Prevention Award,” which recognizes New Hampshire
businesses and organizations that have successfully reduced or eliminated waste.
- San Diego Environmental Services Department’s “Recycler of the Year”
- The city of San Diego recognized SeaWorld San Diego with the Environmental Services Department’s “Recycler of the
Year” award, which recognizes organizations with outstanding programs that address recycling and waste reduction efforts.
- Businesses for the Bay “Environmental Excellence Award”
- The Williamsburg brewery has been awarded the Businesses for the Bay “Environmental Excellence Award” for the brewery’s
outstanding achievement in pollution prevention.
- Wuhan Environmental Protection Bureau’s “Environmental Goodwill Eagerness Employer Award”
- The Wuhan Environmental Protection Bureau awarded the Budweiser Wuhan Brewery with the “Environmental Goodwill Eagerness
Employer Award,” which focuses on improving local enterprises and residents’ environmental awareness.
- National Association of Environmental Managers’ “Pollution Prevention Award”
- The St. Louis brewery won the National Association of Environmental Managers’ “Pollution Prevention Award” for its
recycling efforts.
Community
- Susan G. Komen for the Cure 2008 “Jill Ireland Award for Voluntarism”
- Anheuser-Busch was honored by Susan G. Komen for the Cure as its corporate recipient of the 2008 “Jill Ireland
Award for Voluntarism.”
- Gateway Area Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s “Corporate Champion”
- In 2008, the Gateway Area Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society honored Anheuser-Busch as a corporate
champion for its efforts to make a difference in the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis.
Responsibility
- National Fatherhood Initiative’s 2008 “Fatherhood Award”
- Anheuser-Busch was selected as a 2008 “Fatherhood Award” winner by the National Fatherhood Initiative.
The company was nominated for its “Daddy’s Girl” television commercial that encourages adults to
be parents, not pushovers, when it comes to preventing underage drinking.
- Washington Regional Alcohol Program’s 2007 “WRAPPY” Award
- In 2007, Anheuser-Busch was presented with a “WRAPPY” award by the Washington Regional Alcohol Program
for the company’s ongoing commitment to preventing drunk driving and underage drinking in the Washington-metropolitan
area.
Retail Sales
- Independent Grocers Association’s 2009 “Red Oval Partner of the Year”
- Anheuser-Busch InBev was selected as the Independent Grocers Alliance (IGA) 2009 Red Oval Partner of the Year – an
award presented to an IGA partner company that exhibits outstanding commitment and support of IGA and its retailers
throughout the previous year.
- Progressive Grocer’s 2008 “Category Captain” award
- Progressive Grocer, a leading trade magazine serving the grocery industry, again named Anheuser-Busch Category Captain
for the beer category.
